Turn around time (TAT) does NOT include weekends or holidays. 

Due to handmade nature of the items, minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable. 

Mock ups may appear brighter on screen. Different screens present different variations of colors which means color may vary based on your personal screen brightness or settings, etc.
